Parent Teacher Interviews

Dear St. Thomas Aquinas CSS Families, Progress reports will be available online on March 18th. Progress reports are an early snapshot of your child’s progress to date and a good conversation starter with teachers regarding the progress at school. Instructions on how to access the digital copies are below.
Students with an e-learning course will not see a report card in their Parent/Student portal. Instead, parents and students will be emailed through PRISM, the e-learning progress report.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are Thursday, April 4th from 3:30 - 5:00 pm and 5:30 - 7:00 pm. These are all in-person interviews at the school. Teachers will be in their classrooms or the cafeteria at the school. You can ask your child and there will be student assistants that evening.
Parents/Guardians can book a 10 minute appointment with each child's teacher using School Appointments Online.
The booking system will be live from 6:00 pm March 25th until noon Thursday, April 4th.

School Appointments - Parent Instructions
1. Go to our school appointments website:
2. Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the online
form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
3. Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click "Insert
New" button to add more children.
4. Click the "date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments.
5. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to
select multiple staff to view at the same time.
6. Meetings are all in person.
7. Then click the "View Calendars" button.
8. Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
Parent & Student Portal Access to Reports
Report Cards and timetables are available through both the parent and student portals.
PARENT PORTAL
If this is your first time using the Parent Portal and you have not yet created an account, please
create one by clicking on the link here for St Thomas Aquinas, Lindsay.
● Click on the ‘Create Account’ button.
● Using the parent/guardian email address the school has on record, follow the prompts to
activate your account.
● You must click on the activation link in your email before your account can be activated.
● Once your account has been activated, login to view your child's report card.
○ The Username is also your email address.
○ Your password must be between 5 and 20 characters.
If you have previously set up your parent portal account, please click on the appropriate school
link.
● The email address you use to login must match the email address the school has on file. The
report card can be found under the ‘Personal’ menu in the ‘Digital Documents’ section.

● Students log in using their full board email address and password.

Issues You May Encounter:
Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, click on the “request a password
change” link on the Parent Portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Account locked: After too many unsuccessful login attempts your account will be locked.
Please wait 20 minutes and then try to login again.
Username does not exist: Have you created and activated your parent portal account?
Username already exists: Are you trying to create a new account and you had already
created one at another school in the past? Try using the link from the previous school to log in.
There will be an option to select the current school once you are logged in.
Username is invalid: Are you using your full email address as the username?
Please Note: If you are still not able to log in, please email or call the school office. They can
confirm that the email address and parent information on record is accurate and forward your
concern to the next level.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are Wednesday, March 22nd from 3:30 - 5:00 pm and 5:30 - 7:00 pm. These are all
