The Ministry of Education has approved the 2026-2027 elementary and secondary school year calendars.
Highlights of the 2026-2027 School Year Calendar include:
First day of classes: Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Last day of classes: Thursday, June 29, 2027
Christmas Break: Monday, December 21, 2026 – Friday, January 1, 2027 (last day of classes is Friday, December 18, 2026 and first day of classes is Monday, January 4, 2027)
March Break: Monday, March 15 – Friday, March 19, 2027
PA Days: September 2, 3 and October 26, 2026, February 1, April 16, June 4 and June 30, 2027
