School Appointments - Parent Instructions

1. Go to our school appointments website:

2. Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the online form. Choose a user ID and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.

3. Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click "Insert New" button to add more children.

4. You can schedule appointments for any student that you have added to the system by clicking on the "calendar icon” beside the student's name on the far right. You are then taken to a page where you can select the teachers with whom you wish to meet. Multiple teachers can be selected by using the "Ctrl" key on a PC keyboard or the "Command" key on a Macintosh keyboard. Once selected teachers have been highlighted, click “View Calendars”.

5. The calendars of selected teachers will be displayed. You can select appointment times by clicking available time slots. Once an appointment time has been selected it will change to green. Please add a note (click the appointment) with the best phone number for staff to connect with you.
